TC inc. is the amalgamation of rich history and professional expertise that was established and developed over a period more than 30 years. The company has undergone some structural and executive changes throughout the years but we pride ourselves in the fact that our staff retention rate is very high – our core staff have been with us for more than 10 years on average. Our directors have a combination of more than 60 years of experience in various fields of business.

Formerly known as Turner Conradie, the first partnership was established in 2006 with its roots in an entrepreneurial accounting and auditing practice founded by André Conradie in Durbanville 19 years before this date. The practice established itself as one with a unique focus on service delivery and personal interest in the well-being of its clients.

Eddie Turner (a.k.a. “Older Eddie”) joined André Conradie in August 2006, resulting in the formation of the partnership that was called “Turner Conradie”. After a couple of successful years Eddie Turner (a.k.a. “Older Eddie”) was given the opportunity to pursue his career further in Namibia and that is when Eddie Turner ( yes, another one, and they are family, somehow…) joined the firm in August of 2015. The partnership was converted to a personal liability company in 2019 for it to be called “Turner Conradie Incorporated”.

In 2022, after a few successful years of great business growth, André Conradie indicated that he wanted to scale down as he has passed retirement age and the partners endeavoured to find a replacement to take over from him – over time. Abré van Wyk was approached and he joined the company from September of 2022. This was the moment where TC inc. “saw the light” and was created to be more universal and something new and exciting.

Both André Conradie and Eddie Turner are chartered accountants, registered auditors and tax practitioners, whereas Abré van Wyk is a chartered accountant and tax practitioner.

The firm currently has six full-time employees and prides itself on having a very low staff turnover rate and many satisfied and successful clients.
